POWER OF A PRAYING WIFE

I had this book for three years now, each time I want to read it something will make me leave it.  Since last week, there is this burden on me to read it, in fact, whenever I sit down close to the bookshelf, it seems to be the only book I see. Well today I finished reading it, and I wish I had read it earlier. I advise every woman to read the book. If you are angry with your hubby, you will need the holy spirit to help you but you will be glad you did.
The power of a praying wife is an inspirational book, and gives a few basic lesson on selflessness.

FEAR

A dictionary definition of fear says "an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat.
At one point we may have been afraid of something or someone. Seeing my daughter running from a cockroach brought the word fear to my mind.
Have you ever been afraid you couldn't do what you want to do? Thoughts of rejection? Failure? etc. It occurred to me that most husbands are sometimes afraid of failing their families, they work so hard, yet the fear keep nagging at them.
Whenever we are afraid, we tend to lose focus, we hardly achieve our goals, and sometimes our fears becomes  reality. we begin to see failure, rejection, frustration in everything.

Well the good news is this, your fear is imaginary. I came across this quote on SearchQuotes.com

"People are afraid of what they might find if they try to analyze themselves too much, but you have to crawl into your wounds to discover where your fears are. Once the bleeding start, the cleansing can begin."
Turn your fears to your advantage, use it to find your weakness and improve on it. 

This is what the bible says about fear.
 "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand". Isaiah 41 v 10

With Fear comes doubt. You doubt your ability and you doubt what God can do. Do not let your fear rule over you.When you are weak, look unto God with faith and He will bring a solution. 

Here is what Apostle Paul said, Whatever is not from faith, is sin. Romans 14 v 23

Things you can not understand.

  
When I saw this picture today, I had a lot of thoughts in my mind. What if this people decide to sell this contaminated frozen food that they were caring away in bags, What happens? What if by eating these contaminated birds, there is an outbreak of diseases, innocent relations, friends, and neighbours will also suffer.
When something is declared contaminated, and authorities in charge decide that it is not good for human consumption, they buried it,why exhume it? .
I do not know what to say, I hope their is an explanation that can justify this action.

Stretching my natural hair.

No matter how much I try to stretch my natural hair without heat, it does not stretch.
This  is how I tried stretching it today, but the moment I remove the scarf, it starts reverting back to Afro. I guess I have to wait till I have 30inches of hair(that is my hair goal) before straighten it with heat.
